CONNECT® Conference & Innovative Showcase is the annual national conference for electric cooperative communication, marketing, and member service professionals. It brings together more than 550 electric co-op professionals for two and one-half days of leading educational sessions, the latest information on energy innovations and technologies and outstanding networking opportunities.
The conference offers more than 25 sessions designed to help participants do their jobs more effectively and efficiently as well as exceed their professional and co-op goals. The program allows participants to tailor their conference experience to best meet their professional needs and learning styles.
The program offers a variety of training formats including:

General Sessions — Large, formal, educational and/or motivational presentations on some of today’s most pressing energy issues, featuring recognized keynote speakers and special invited guests.

Learning Labs — Seventy-five minute training, skills-building, and/or problem solving sessions with informative discussions.

Super Sessions/Seminars — In-depth training sessions providing a more thorough examination of the topics being presented than the traditional learning labs. Super Sessions convene for 120 minutes.

Master Classes — Advanced level, thought-provoking learning labs and sessions created for experienced communication, marketing and customer service professionals in electric cooperatives, providing a thorough understanding of the presented topic.
