It is very important that you register for the conference before booking your hotel reservation(s). We kindly ask that you refrain from reserving rooms in the event you might attend. This practice may prevent registered conference participants from securing a hotel room at the conference rate. Please reserve only the rooms that you will actually need. Cancellation Policy:
To receive a hotel refund, a 72-hour cancellation notice is required in advance of your scheduled arrival. Please refer to the cancellation policy listed on your reservation as it can vary by rate plan. If a reservation is cancelled after the cancellation period, a penalty will be applied (refer to the specific rate plan policies for the exact penalty). The cancellation penalty may only be waived as determined by the hotel due to personal illness, illness or death of a member of the immediate family or a traveling companion, bad weather impacting travel to the area or conditions resulting from an act of God. Documentation will be required.
Declined or invalid credit card numbers may result in cancellation of reservation without prior notice.
