Limousine Services: Airport Limousine is the official limousine service for the Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport. Convenient kiosks are located in the baggage claim area and no hassle curb side pickups are available. Rates begin at $58 for one or two passengers. Public Transportation: The Airport-Downtown Express (E-2) bus picks up outside airport Entrance #7 on the upper level. The fare for Airport-Downtown Express (E-2) is $2. The fare boxes will accept $1, $5, $10 and $20 bills and all U.S. coins. The Airport-Downtown Express (E-2) provides service from the airport in Kenner, down Airline Drive into New Orleans (approximately 35 minutes). Shuttle Service: Shuttle service is available from the airport to the Central Business District (CBD) for $20 (one-way) or $38 (round-trip). Three bags per person allowed. Taxi Services: A cab ride costs $33 from the airport to the Central Business District (CBD) for one or two persons or $47 for three or more passengers.
